Request for upgraded/unmetered disk space please

Hi

I would like to request unmetered / upgraded disk space please. Recently my disk space was reduced to 512mb. I already had 900mb+ on there.

I am sure when I first started using x10 about 2.5 years ago this was unlimited (within reasonable use), and was one of the main reasons I (and I am sure many others) chose to use x10. Then it went to 1Gb and I had to try and save as much space as I could - only just managing to keep it under after deleting loads, and now it has gone way down to 512mb. This is going to cause real problems on my site which is already way over this. I have no way to add any new pics or anything now.

Large disk space allocation is a huge reason that attracts many people to use x10. By reducing this to 512mb, not only are you going to stop new people signing up, but you are going to make people consider leaving.
Please help as soon as you can.

We offer unmetered disk space, as our main website advertises. However, we initially start out accounts at 512MB to help prevent against the enormous amount of abuse this brings, and then we can upgrade them to unmetered disk space once they meet the requirements.
