Resolved Request more disk space

Good day Admins,

I require more disk space on my account,

I have seen that the extension is free if certain terms of service are met, and I believe that my account meets them (https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/more-disk-space-and-other-features.203485/)

Could you please let me know if the increase is possible, and if not, why not?

I will ask an admin to review your account.

Before they do, you should know that the TOS and AUP require that all the files on your account are related to your website, and that your website is not a personal file/photo/etc. host, including password protected areas. Your account should not have any backups on it. You should be using at least 75% of your allotted space before requesting more.

Please also note that there is a fixed limit of 50,000 inodes on free hosting. An "inode" is a file, folder, or a link to a file or folder.

If you are in violation of any of x10's policies, your request will be denied.
