I do not see a hosting account linked with your the forum account you currently post from, nor is that a valid username for cPanel (too many letters/numbers).

We do not remove forum or client accounts.

That is not a valid username for a hosting account. Hosting accounts (as in the cpanel login username) can not contain more then 8 numbers/letters.
