I have already deleted my old hosting account

Please can you delete this forum account too

I was wondering if my forum account is the reason that I cannot sign up and create a new x10hosting account with my old email address because it says my account still exists but I'm not able to log into it after requesting deletion, so perhaps that's a different issue

Each hosting and forum account are linked to a "client account" on the system, removing the hosting account still leaves the client and forum account, but you should be able to login to that account and create a new, linked, hosting account.

Using your email as username should allow you to login, possible would also the forum username work.

I got confused there but I finally managed to reset my password and created a new hosting account on my old email

How do I create a new forum account and link this to my hosting/client account?

Thanks, just wanted to start fresh for personal reasons
