Can I have a backup of my database ruletka_game or i think it was ruletka_games . It says I have no databases.. even though it my PHP scripts are reading the databases fine.So they are there and when I create new databases, they don't appear.. I need them so I can move to a new host. I am not pleased with this. I havent gotten a reply on my last post in 3 months and users with similar posts got no reply, ever.

I do see two databases for your account in your cPanel.

You'll need to make backups of them yourself using phpmyadmin (export option), we do not provide backups.

Be aware that when using the Export function on phpMyAdmin, it's a good idea to check with your script's documentation to see if it needs to be exported with certain options enabled or disabled.

weird. I'm going to escalate this up so that the admins can take a look at it. As a result this will lock this thread from further replies.

You can visit the new ticket by clicking the yellow bar on top or by logging into your account panel at http://x10hosting.com/control

EDIT: for whoever is handing this ticket, I escalated this due to the fact the databases are not showing in phpMyAdmin
