Check your site and remove saved email, temporary folders and any backups. The usually frees up quite a bit of space.

Actually, I already did that, but it still doesn't have space.

One of your email addresses lists as having over 500 mb usage, I'd advise you to review that as that is a fair bit of email usage, although I can see it possibly accumulating since your account is a few years old.

That said, I have increased your available space a bit for now and you should see that reflected shortly, but do consider checking that email account out.

I am immensely grateful for your attention and response to my request. In fact, I can already see the effect, although I cannot find the emails I received during the time it was inactive.
While I am at it, I would like to know if my disk space can be increased by how many MB/GB, since my plan is free, although I pay a minimum annual fee. Is it also possible to request an increase in the number of email accounts with this plan?

It is the account geral that I see listed as having a large usage, you can see that under email accounts in DirectAdmin.
The only option to get more email accounts is switching to premium which comes at a low cost (if you pay by month it is $6.95, paying for longer periods up front gets you a discounted rate) and gives you unlimited email accounts among other things.

I will pay due attention to our email account, which is "geral@... .ao". However, since it is the company's main account, I believe that it will soon have the same MB occupied due to the daily flow of emails.

In this case, since our company is a Micro/Startup, we would like to request, if possible, an increase in disk space to at least 8GB so that we do not have to worry about this issue while we prepare to purchase one of the Premium plans.
