Requesting Account Restore

Hi. I've been suspended on July 16 at 9:24 pm for inactivity. It'd be appreciated if you could restore the files and all my databases on my account. It'd be much appreciated. Thank you.

I have restored your web-hosting account. It will still show as suspended in the account panel, but is not actually suspended. This is due to our backend system not updating. The backend system should show the correct information within 24-48 hours. Your website should be fully accessible now and if there is any issues let us know.

Hi. I still can't access my website. I've cleared my browser cache and I still hit the "x10hosting - Website Not Found" page. I can access cpanel just fine though and it looks like all my files are there.

Possibly your IP is caching too, which will just require some time.
