Requesting domain deletion or reset

Hello, I made a huge mistake, and long story short, all my domains files are read only, so my website can't be accessed. Could I possibly have my main domain deleted or reset so it's back to default? I don't want my account deleted/terminated, I just a fresh start on my domain, or for the problem to be fixed.

All your files has been set to their default readability. I do however see a database error when I try to view your site at this time.

I took a quick peak and it appears your forum script tries to use a different database user then the on you have configured for your database, you'll need to update your settings.php with the correct information to get the forum to work.
