Just checked back and noticed the switch failed. You will first need to remove the target domain from your addon/parked domains before we can switch it over (e.g. the domain must be completely unused).

Reply back when you've done that.

It seems that the domain was removed by someone else, and the switch seems to be successful. Thanks to everyone that helped.


EDIT: Doesn't work if I put www. in front of it, any ideas?

Something's messed up here.. your main domain is still set to octagon.x10.mx...

Are you sure the addon domain is removed?

Everything else, including ftp and all control panel functions seem to be working fine.

For some reason part of our backend wasn't fully updated the first time I did the switch. Pushed it through again just now and it finished updating the backend. This shouldn't have any effect on you but do let us know if something on your site suddenly stops working

Nope, everything seems to be working fine, just a bit slow though. Happening since this morning, even on my old x10 sites
