The only service x10hosting offers that can handle a Minecraft server (or any game server for that matter) is x10VPS; Premium is almost identical to x10free in that it's shared web-hosting, not game-server hosting. Even if you were able to get the server to start, it would quite quickly go beyond the resource limitations set in the Premium TOS.
It would also likely cause severe service degradation on the server, which may require the premium staff to issue an immediate suspension (as per section 11-suspension of service item iii) to restore service to the other users on the node. I wouldn't personally recommend risking it.
