Seeing as that domain is not currently hosted here, and the x10 provided domain redirect to that domain we can not upgrade your account as of now. We need be able to see the actual, working, site that is hosted with us to verify contents.
That said, it is enough to post one request, it can take a little time for it to be looked into though, since support is done by the community and volunteers with a bit extra access. Most, if not all, of the volunteers do this alongside work and/or school.
