requesting unsuspension - Menus don't allow me to fix the problem

My x10hosting account has been frozen (suspended) recently. The reason given was that my domain name had a forbidden term (that domain name was "help-needed")

But now, I can't access any menus which allow me to delete that domain name and choose another.

Can anyone help please?

This has been unsuspended. You will have 24 hours to remove the domain in question or this will resuspend and turn into a permanent one.
