requesting unsuspension - Menus don't allow me to fix the problem

My x10hosting account has been frozen (suspended) recently. The reason given was that my domain name had a forbidden term (that domain name was "help-needed")

But now, I can't access any menus which allow me to delete that domain name and choose another.

Can anyone help please?

I can get as far as a blue-green button labelled "Hosting Control Panel," but when I click that button, nothing happens.

Should I try to completely cancel this account and apply for a new one? Would that be simpler?

What devicare you using to access. Please make sure a desktop or laptop device is being used.

I'm using an HP desktop running Windows 10.

Seems to work fine on other sites.
