This seems like an incredibly weird way to handle site-unsuspensions, on a forum, that doesnt even share the same login

The accounts are linked in the backend so by knowing your forum account I can find out what your hosting account is (the forum account was created at the same time as you signed up for the hosting account), and this is the official support forum for our free hosting.
