Hello, I asked for increasing disk space, but your staff suspended my account, I want to know why this happened?

  • Owncloud or similar scripts.

URL shortener is a prohibited script with our hosting, meaning you can not host one on our free hosting.

How can I get a backup from my database? Now I don't have access to Direct Admin.

staff will need to review your request and decide what they will do.
as explained, a URL shortener is not allowed and is against the terms of service. (TOS)
this may be cause for a permanent suspension, but thats up to the staff to decide.
