requesting unsuspension

I just tried updating plugins on my site and after the update, I started getting a 404 error. I tried logging into DirectAdmin and I get a notice that my account was suspended. Here's the message I got:

"This service is suspended: Malicious phishing content hosted on website. (Code 6SJJ6MA)

This suspension can only be lifted by a support team member. Click the request unsuspension button to be taken to the community support forum."

I don't understand. There is no phishing content hosted on my site. Can someone please help urgently?

the system detected Malicious phishing content hosted on your website.
then it imposed your suspension on your account.
i can not view your content to make a determination, but staff can.
only staff can decide to reverse your suspension or not.

the free support forums are handled by volunteers.
support staff may not answer posts right after you post.
but staff does reply when they can.

@spacresx Thanks. I've seen your response on the same issue to other people. And like the others (I suspect), there is no "Malicious phishing content" hosted on my site. Surely, there's something wrong on the backend seeing as this is an issue that several people are having out of the blue and most seem to be experiencing it after updating plugins on their site.

I know this is out of your hands, but it's seriously disturbing that what is likely to be a problem on the backend is punishing users. I understand we're on the free servers, but still... We have people accessing our sites (at least I do) and now when they go there, they see the embarrassing message that the site has been suspended. This is not right at all. And one would hope it would be considered an emergency. I'm very, very unhappy.

many users whom are reporting such issues are wordpress users with plugins.
many plugins (even wordpress itself) have been known to cause problems.
(which is why i never use wordpress myself, but thats just on me)
but that may or may not be the reason for some of the reports.

staff will look into it when they can.
