Hi, suddenly when I try to login, I receive a message saying my account is disabled? I have no idea why this has suddenly happened, without any warning. Can you please urgently advise, how I go about resolving this? (Code: VS9QYNC)

Also, please advise how I might go about lifting the 500mb limit ever so slightly. I have 2 sites I've been trying to upload. On disk (inc DBs) they total around the 460-470mb mark, but when I upload them, your server seems to record their size as bigger?

as the message says Account content suspension imposed,
i can not check any further as only staff can do this.

as for extra disk space you must meet the following requirements :
- your account must be at least 7 days old and follows the terms and conditions.
- you must be using at least 75% of your current space.
- all files must be used your website and not for storage of files.
- delete any temp or backup files on your account.
- photo galleries can only be 500 mb and do not qualify for an upgrade.

staff will need to review your website before determining if you qualify

Great thanks for the info. and How do i prompt staff to review the account suspension? Is there a different process than via this forum?

you can either wait for staff to reply or use the discord service.

I've dropped a message in support-request.

(I've no idea why, out of the blue after only a few days, my account would be suspended. I've never had this happened with other hosting providers...? Baffled!

Still no response. I don't understand how to contact support and get an account unsuspended. I have done nothing, and there has been no explanation?

x10 free account support is limited to either discord or these forums.
support is all volunteer, so they might take a while to reply.

i sent staff a request to review this post.
this kind of thing happens when other people post their requests on your post.
thats why staff asks everyone to to post their issues on a new post.
and not on an existing post just because its the same issue.
