All accounts on x10Hosting have unmetered diskspace unless they are on the High Risk country list (500MB) so any space issues is likely something that is happening to everyone on your server. If you are referring to the disk space error that might appearif you attempt login to cPanel, then it is probably happening to everyone on your server and is out of your control.
Also, there is no account reset button if you still want to reset your account. This is because we see no reason why you would like to reset your account.
