Reset Account

Hi,

I am wondering if my account can be reset.
I only opened it today and asked a colleague to delete everything in the PUBLIC_HTML folder.
Unfortunately, they deleted ALL of the files and folders in the account!!

Please can my account be reset to it's initial state?

I'm currently seeing your account "klcrx10m" (xo2) to be having all its files and directories intact. Is this the correct account?
