Reset Cpanel login

Hi,

I cannot sign in to my cpanel. I forgot my password. I am using my email as the username. I am trying to fix my MX entries for Google Apps. Can anyone help me with this?

Our logs indicate that you signed in; are you seeing a particular error message when you are trying to sign in to cPanel?

I am getting the following error: The identity if this website has not been verified: Server's certificates does not match the URL.

Your connection to maidley.com:2083 is encrypted using an obsolete cypher suite. The connection is encrypted and authenticated using AES 128 GCM and uses RSA as the key exchange information

Additionally, I am not receiving emails from my wordpress contact form plugin. Should I change the MX records or is this a security issue as I have SSL enabled?
