I have a ticket open, but no staff member has helped. And this is starting to get ridiculous.. It's been 2 days, and my website has not gone back to normal.

It isn't my scripts, because i deleted every file in my FTP
It can't be to much users, because no one has visited my site for a few days now..

Will someone please help me....... And before someone says I need to upgrade.. I already plan on doing that when I get enough money..

Please ensure there is nothing on your site that could cause a significant rise in server usage, such as PHP scripts, cron jobs, emails, etc.

OK. What the hell.. Why is it so damn hard to reply to this freaking thread..

That picture proves it has NOTHING to do with the CPU usage. And this is just ridiculous. It has been over 4 days. And yet, not even one staff member has even helped me the slightest bit.. All I can do is thank god I didn't upgrade to premium, seeing how bad the support is here... BUT O.K whatever.. You guys don't want to help me. Fine. I'll just start looking for a new webhost that will actually help they're users..

Premium support is handled by an entirely different team of paid specialists, so it isn't even comparable to what you are receiving here. That said, I apologize on behalf of the Free Hosting support team for the lack of support that you are receiving here.

There is something funky with the script that catches high resource users and resetting the site after an hour on chopin (the server you are on). We currently have a ticket open with 1H software in order to resolve this issue so that your site (and many others) may be back up and working as soon as possible. You can check on the status of that at http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/174755-resource-limit-hit-chopin.html -- updates will be posted there as they are made available.

Once again, I apologize for the excessive amount of time this has taken, and I hope you continue to use x10Hosting.

Thank you so much. All I needed was a reply that was explaining everything that was going on.
