Restore Deleted Email Inbox

Hi,

In all the problems with x13 and roundcube email I ended up removing the wrong mailbox when trying to create a new one.

Please could an admin help with recovering sammy@thethirdplace.co.uk?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I did create a new email called sammy@thethirdplace.co.uk but if this needs to be replaced then this is fine.

I just want to get the old emails back.

I'm afraid not. To my knowledge there are no userlevel backups for the new servers yet so there would be no place to go for restoring the proper folders on a single account.

However if the mails were on the old sevrver a user did post about a method to fetch them through ftp, see: https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/access-your-mail-during-maintenance.206888/

Thanks for the response.

Sadly can't FTP to the old server, it complains about the credentials.
