Restore subdomain?

Hi,
I deleted my subdomain eg. code.virtualfallsoftware.tk, after i want to restore the subdomain, how i should do?
i use the manage domain, it's list 1 error, "Unable to add the domain name − A DNS entry for the domain, “code.virtualfallsoftware.tk”, already exists."

how to solve it?
