Hi everyone, been a while since I last dropped by. Been working on my website and other various projects. Anyway my site can be accessed at http://www.sohailtech.com/, let me know what you think of it, ideas for improvements and general comments.

I am also looking for members to join my community by helping me write articles for my blog. Still not interested, there's credits invloved . PM me for anything important.

I think Because it is a ready made template,the javascript is not optimized.
You have taken good care to change the folder name of the theme.That is a nice idea.
Good programming skills.
The site is slow due to the following 10 http attempts calling the hosting server instead of one call.
There are 8 JavaScript scripts found in the head of the document

Also,This siite has 10 external Javascript scripts combined with 18 external background images. Try combining them with CSS sprites so that you have a rocking new high speed site.
I liked the site very much because of the wonderful user experience that you coded it.Plz optimize for speed too.

Hi, thanks for your comments on the website, the site is not a template I started off from the default WordPress template and completely re-done the design. Regarding the 10 javascript resources I was using alternative URLs to load them by using a CDN with Amazon S3 Bucket but it was a lot of headache so i got rid of it. The other issues I'm aware of too and working on them as I add extra features to the site. Otherwise you should be able to see that I've pretty much taken care of all of the optimization issues so thanks for the feedback.

OW WOW....that is MAJOR improvement from the last time I went to your site Sohail.

VERY nice work, love the design, I like the fact that it's html5 that's a plus.

If I wanted a basic 3-5 page site, with the theme of a specific industry, such as Construction Management Services, or normal Construction how much would it cost?

For example... www.brosconst.com is my own construction company...but I haven't done anything to spice it up since I never really learned html or anything like that...you have any ideas on what you can do for me, about my construction site? I would like it to be search-engine optimized as well for some specific keywords if you could please send me a private message with some more information?

Ahah..Nice to know you can build themes in wordpress.
May be..If I come into wordpress and get stuck sometime..can I look up to you for help?

@John Klyne, I guess you've seen how I've developed my skills over the years then and I'm still hoping to learn new things because no web designer's perfect. Anyway, regarding your website; I had a look around and there is a lot of room for improvement, or perhaps a full re-design would suit you best.
