To me, I think it looks to blah, and amatuer looking. I recommend different colors, try going to http://www.colourlovers.com/. And I recommend reading a few tutorials on how to make navigation panels.

the banner is pretty nice, but besides that it's a bit plain, and the buttons are ugly (IMO) and too big. Take this as constructive criticism.

I wouldn't make those big rounded things sticking out everywhere

good job. its nice. but the navigation buttons were bad. try to change the text colour in it.
