Says my email is not available

When I try to change my email to my business email it is telling me that it is not available.

I believe it is attached to another Forum account ... clkphoto

How do I remove it from that? I changed my mind about what I wanted the site to be called.

Log onto the other account -- it should show an address change pending to the one you want.
Complete the address change. I do not know of any other way to remove the pending change, which is blocking use of that email.
Then change it back, which should free up the email address.

Now that it is freed up, you should be able to use it on this account.

That would be the hosting account that has been removed, the actual client account, and forum account remains, which is why you can actually login to that account at all.

You should still be able to access account settings at the top right corner, which is where you'd change the email address for the client, and forum, accounts that were linked with the hosting you once had under that login.

Are you not seeing this link, or is that not accessible as well?
