sending files on the server

I would like to know the the way to send the files ok my web site on the server. I've searched for an FAQ, but didn't found it. I've FTPexpert to send the files but I need the server address, port, user ID (if different)..

for server address: Your main domain
User/pass: your cpanel username and password
port: 21
