Serious Database Errors and Slowness

I'm on Chopin server, and I was having the same 500 error. That seems to have been resolved (thank you); however, it has been replaced with something even more frustrating. The time it takes to load my Joomla site is tremendously long. In addition to that, 2/3 of the time, it will instead pop up with an error too long to post in here, but I'll post some of it:

Hello,

I clicked around on your site and did not encounter any errors of that kind. Are you still seeing them?

It was a bit slow on first couple clicks, but after that it seemed to resume normal speed. We have enabled the resource usage monitoring as of yesterday, which will take care of any abuse going on that could cause an issue for others, though it may be brief periods of time before the script suspends the account.

It was happening again earlier (about 8 hours ago), but I've also been clicking around a lot and have had others doing the same, and it seems to be running smoothly now, so I have my fingers crossed it stays that way. Thank you.
