Server 500 Error

Hello,
I have Illuminated hosting but can't seem to get any support so I'm hoping to get help here.
I'm trying to switch back to CPanel view. Previous attempts were unsuccessful. I was asked to log in & once I do it redirects me back to the basic page.
Then the site goes down.
Creating a support ticket does not work. It just loads & takes me nowhere.
