Things are loading quickly off your server for me. There may be a few moments here and there when the load spikes. Maybe that is the cause for your site to be loading slow? Is it loading quickly for you now?

actually the site wont load now, i checked my account info, says my apache is offline, to do with the server switch???

Right now, http on cossacks is offline, although you posted this quite a while before it was offline, things should be back to normal soon.
