Server Error with CPanel

Hello,

I have a smaal problem with the next. When I wanna to start Sofcatolous it shows the next message:
Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/inc.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

I'm on the Lotus.

Can I fix it. Or is it something that was going wrong with the last server move?

This issue is known and is pending administrator's action. Until this issue is resolved, you can install software manually if you wish.
