Hi i am unable to access my website at either of the two below urls, the sites fail to load and time out.

http://sandybeachit.x10hosting.com/index.html
http://sandybeachit.co.cc/

From looking at the server status page the Server Load is red at 17.44 (4 cpus), is there an issue with this server or this a normal service i should expect if i take your premium web hosting plans.

I am currently testing your service and if all goes well depending on the amount of down time i will take out a paid package.

I have been unable to access my two sites as above from 1000 GMT to now (1648) GMT.

Hello, both those URL's seem to be available to me. Have you completed the activation process of the account yet? As it seems the dns records either don't exist anymore, or weren't created properly. How are you accessing cPanel?

The site was working fine this morning then seemed to go offline.

I am accessing the cpanel via:

https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083/frontend/x3/index.html?post_login=59780743075267

I can get onto the cpanel, make changes etc, but i cannot access my site via the ftp or via the two urls posted below.

I changed the Main Domain earlier, could this have become corrupted and this is causing the problem ?

I changed the domain to: "sandybeachit.co.cc"

Could this access issue be related to a coruption in the main domain ?

I can also access your site just fine. Try emptying your browser cache and flushing your DNS.

This issue is now resolved, please close this ticket.

I thought this was a separate issue due to the second ticket, my bad it was the same issue.
