Server Not Found error: Unable to access domain

Hello Support,
Yesterday, I moved one my site from paid to this free hosting account. NS were already ns1.x10hosting.com..... Uploaded files, was able to view the site as well for half an hour or so. Since then I am unable to access the site. The other site hosted in this account is accessible. Can u plz investigate the issue.

Looks like the addon .com site is working fine. The x10.mx main account shows the index.html "This account has just been created." file that comes with a new account.

There are two addon .com's in there. One of them is working, the other one with span chem dot com does not work. I think there might be a problem with the DNS settings/entries but am not sure. Please look into this.

I only see 1 .com name.

It's in his cPanel Derek. JM hasn't updated.

That domain should start working shortly.. it looks like a DNS issue.
