Server not responding: 74.63.233.7

Hi there,

Your webserver 74.63.233.7 is not responding to Http requests.
It is, however, responding to ping requests (hence the ip address).

In firefox i see the following error:

Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at testing.robraypublishing.x10hosting.com.
