Server/Socket error

Hello,

Today I tried to let people register to my newly created website unscape-elite.com.
However when they had filled in the form for registration and clicked the Register button, the page turned blank and said 'Could not connect to socket'. I have informed the creator of the website software and they told me it cannot be a problem with the software as they don't use special sockets of any kind. They told me it has to be something to do with the server.
I believe them because I've personally registered another account to my website several hours ago. But now, it simply doesn't work.

I've let the cPanel repair my MySQL database, to make exclude any possibility of that causing the problem.

I'm pretty new to this, and really need your help.

This should be fixed. It was a temporary issue.

Unfortunately it is not. I have just attempted to register once again but without success. I have even reinstalled the entire software.

Please, could you have another look?
