Initially, unable to login to cPanel at either starka.x10hosting.com:2082 (as directed from Account Panel home page) or basedata.x10hosting.com:2082.

Now, website basedata.co.cc (69.162.111.26) unreachable via browser or by ping.

Host server starka.x10hosting.com similarly unreachable by ping.

It could have been the firewall, but no IPs appear here now. So can you just double check too see if it works or not?
