Server Status?

Hi, currently under hosting details of my site cluboeds.co.cc it says that the server is running and there doesn't seem to be any issues. However when I go to the site, none of it loads. It doesn't time out or have connection issues though, it's just blank. Could you help me resolve this?

The site loads for me; you just seem to have a blank page uploaded.
Try clearing your browser cache and flushing your DNS cache.

What is supposed to show up instead of a blank page? Specific software?
