server without access

buenas estoy intentando acceder a https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN (mi cpanel para modificar un fichero hmtl) pero no me deja acceder me dice que servidor ha rechazado la peticion, despues estoy probando desde otra red mostrar mi pagina y veo que tampoco esta disponible

Server techs has been made aware and are working on resolving the connectivity problem with x12 currently.
