Resolved Server x14.x10hosting.com not working

Hi all,

Some time ago I cannot access to my website http://layali.x10host.com/. I have assigned the server: x14.x10hosting.com. The IP address 198.91.81.14 does not respond when i do ping. However, its reposponding well when making ping to x11, X12, X13, X15.

Any help please....

I found your IP blocked in the firewall due to: Failed DirectAdmin login

I have removed the block. It is recommended that you always login through the main site (https://x10hosting.com/sso/login) as that is also the only way that will keep the account marked as active.

i can´t access o my domain layali.x10host.com. If i do PING to may domain I don't receive a reply.



Details on my web hosting account are below.


Connect my FTP client with this information.

Upload files into: public_html

  • Server: x14.x10hosting.com (Port 21)

please help.

I unblocked your IP once again, it was blocked due to: Failed DirectAdmin login

Do NOT attempt to login directly to DirectAdmin, always go through the main login at: https://x10hosting.com/sso/login

Thank you Anna,
I can now access to my ip address. But when I try to open my website I get the following message: Apache is functioning normally.
Then i tried with Open Cpanel botton, i got this message:
Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.




An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry


No way to see my website.
any suggestion please....

This is my bad for not checking all parts, and just checking the IP against the firewall.

Between December 12th and April 25th you did not login to the account once, this lead it to be marked as inactive and purged in early March. The automated suspension system is halted during our maintenance, the login requirement (once every 30 days) has always been there however, so in mid January the account would have been eligible for a suspension, and then 21 days later, first half of February it would have been terminated by the automated system.

Due to this being halted we did run a manual purge in early March (it was started the 4th) and since your account did not have any logins the the 60 days prior to the purge it was terminated as inactive.

Due to there being no warning emails as those are part of the automated, currently halted, system we said we'd this time allow for a restore if requested within reasonable time.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Sunday 15th, though we extended it a little bit extra, but it was said that the last cutoff date would be on Sunday March 22nd.

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account.
I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.
