Dear all, my account has suddenly been terminated and I did not receive any notification about it. Hence I cannot even try to move it elsewhere as there are no backups available.

I have also checked the other threads and obviously found that the https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/ is not working with the SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG error.

While the https://x13.x10hosting.com is fine. (Which sadly does not shed any light on the recovery options).

Can someone please clarify:
1. Why has the service been suddenly terminated?
2. How do I recover databases?
3. Is there any way to transfer it to any other working host?

Best regards,
JD

x13 is working just fine from here. ctyrd.org is on x13. Try clearing your cache/history. Members need a domain name to check if site can be reached. x10 Staff will visit the forum.

your account was terminated for failure to log in every 30 days.
looks like your last login was may/june so it was terminated 2022-08-26 by the system.
Users are required to sign in every 30 days.

it is likely there is nothing to recover due to the time thats past by.
but only staff can make that decision if possible.

Once an account is terminated, data is permanently removed.
Before termination, your site would have displayed "This account is suspended" for several weeks alerting you to the problem, a few email reminders that your account is about to be terminated would also automatically have been sent, unfortunately they do sometimes get caught in spamfilters.
