Setting up Website

Hi,

Everytime I try to register a web site (First one), I keep getting an error message saying I'm either trying to register multiple time or behind a proxy. I know I'm not behind a proxy, and this is my first site registering.

It is possible, if you have dynamic IP, that someone else had the IP in the past 24 hours and signed up.

I removed the sign-up history from your IP, could you please try now?
