Several problems after chopin's copy

Hi,

my domain is iscand.x10hosting.com and is stored on chopin.

After the copy of chopin was finished I started having the following issues with my account:

- can't login to cpanel anymore (password reset required?)
- can't login to the ftp server
- the page doesn't open correctly. The directory list is shown instead of the website
- my account is suspended for high resources usage and I can't figure out how to unsuspend it.

I hope I didn't do anything wrong...

Your website is working fine... When I open your website I get this

Index of /

* Aftereight.html
* Aftereight_files/
* Barcelona.html
* Barcelona_files/
* Berlin.html
........
.......

Because there is no index.html or index.php file in public_html folder..

Your cpanel url is http://iscand.x10hosting.com:2082
If you are unable to login, Then try reset your password.

Your Account is not suspended..

I understand that the missing index.html is the reason for the directory listing. It was existing before chopin's copy and I can't upload it again, since I can't still log to neither ftp nor cpanel.

Setting a new password didn't fix the problem.

I trust you when you say that my account is not suspended, but this is not what I see if I look at the suspension reports in my account panel (suspended on 11 feb. due to high resources usage). Is this normal?

Any further help would be really appreciated.

No this is not normal..
Have you try to reset your cpanel password??? see if login works by resetting password...

Since there's a suspension report which does not have a matching unsuspension request I've ran a forced unsuspension (in other words: forcing the system to go through the process normally called when unsuspending an account). Can you try now if it works?
