Sign In (Not Really) Successful

When I try to sign-in to my control panel, I get:

Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.

An error has occurred processing your request.

I've tried resetting my password (but there aren't a lot of other choices) but the link that I am sent doesn't seem to work. Any help appreciated.

It is possible that your browser has cached and is using some of our old JavaScript files. Please could you try clearing your browser's cache and try again?
