sign-up error

Hi everyone, I'm sorry to have to make a thread about this, but its been going on for around a week and I was hoping the issue would resolve itself.

I registered my account a while back and I must have failed to fully complete the sign-up process.

Now I've been trying to login to my account for the past week but I'm getting this error over and over:

Sign-up Error
Unfortunately a problem occurred while processing your web hosting account sign-up.​

Now I'm assuming that the issue is due to the current migration and being unable to complete the sign up process as a result, so I understand if the only solution is to wait, but I'm slightly hoping that one of the wizards here may be able to do anything to help me.

if you had an account before and it wasnt deleted,
you wont be able to create another one.
x10hosting only allows 1 user account.
youd have to try logging in to the original one you created.

Also note if you had an account but did not sign in for a while,
(withing 30 days) youd get suspended then the account would
be deleted approx. 30 days later if you didnt unsuspend it.

although i do think your correct about creating new accounts right now,
with the migration of all old accounts etc ability for new ones
has been put on hold for now until things gets sorted out.
i might be wrong though.

I'm talking about the same account, I registered it a while a go (don't remember when) but didnt finish the registration (I think), and now the same account is failing to finish said registration. I'm thinking it's the migration as well

If you failed to finish it when you first signed up, then you'll have to re-apply for a hosting account once that opens up again.

There will be a client account, but no attached hosting account with your email address.
