Sign Up problems.

I am trying to sign up for free web hosting. I enter my username, domain name and all that, and when I am done and click on the "hosting" tab in my control panel, it says

"Free Web Hosting You currently do not have a free web hosting account under your x10Hosting client account.
Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:

• An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
• A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
• You have never had a hosting account.

Whatever the reason, you can always sign up for a hosting account now.

If you believe that this is a mistake you may open a support ticket here"


Then it also doesn't allow me to enter a support ticket and when I try and create a new account, it does not allow me to enter a password for the account.

Did I not sign up right or am I looking in the wrong place or is this really an error?

If you do not sign up while being logged into the account panel, the account would be separate from the account you currently have (forum and account panel).

What hosting user name did you try signing up with?

I signed up with the username "Alexis". I've fixed it however so there is no need for anymore assistance.
