Signing up for Hosting Account

My name is JJ and I am attempting to set up a hosting account, but I got the notice that x10hosting thinks I'm trying to sign up more than once or I'm behind a proxy server. I'm setting this up while at the airport, I'm a real person, and I would like to use this for legit reasons. Would you please help me set up the following account:

username: psadmin
domain: partshed.x10.bz

If I need to provide any other information, please let me know.
