Signup Not Working

Whenever i try to sign up it has the following error:

Reason
We are not able to accept your sign up at this time.
Please try again at another time.

does anyone know why? does it have anything to do with the migration ?

Yes, signups may still be disabled from the migration period we recently had. Please wait a couple of days and try again
