I forwarded it to our administrative team; I'm not sure if it's within code we can modify or not (if it's a glitch within cPanel itself it may be in the closed-source part we can't modify), but if it's something we can fix we will just to ensure it's not part of the problem.

I believe its in an editable part of the code i think its part of your custom header menu that houses "account settings" and the rest
