Site always down!

could somebody please answer this question, why is my site always down? is it normal for a free hosting account?

i cant believe this, why are there no answers to our questions here? are we left to die here? please i need some answers why the site is almost offline most of the time. its like we have 24 hours / day and it is online for about 1 or 2 hours. and that's not funny. what's even more frustrating is that there are no moderators who are supposed to answer our queries. how can i be persuaded to buy a premium hosting if the free hosting does not satisfy me?

Free hosting support at x10Hosting is provided primarily by volunteer community helpers. At any given moment a community helper may or may not be online who is able to assist you with your particular question or issue, so patience is needed.

Something for sure, though it seem to be getting somewhat in shape right now.

You'll need to remove the shoutbox, they are prohibited in TOS.

Shoutboxes are prohibited because they are generally a bit resource intense, especially those that depend on mysql, which would send out a lot of queries/minute to the mysql server.

The abuse he refers to is that high load on the servers, which often cause problems, is in 98% of the cases caused by someone hogging the server resources.

We're constantly battling the abusers, which may or may not be intentionally abusing the server, and suspend them as quickly as we find them. We're also working on a more permanent way to stop the abusers from being able to do any harm in the first place.

ok thanks for the information. i hope this is fixed soon. btw, the shoutbox is a component of joomla, and there arent so many messages posted there since the site is only starting, i am hoping to move my account to premium if i will be able to finalize the design. so if you could let me keep the shoutbox for a while, i would be glad. it wont cause any trouble. thank you. it is being evaluated so please keep it for a month or two.
