Site and cpanel dissapears

I just had this error; when i try to access my
site: http://seo-directory.exofire.net
and http://seo-directory.exofire.net:2082 ,
I end up with an empty page. I mean a white space without my site.
If possible, can i get acess to my database? I would like to download a back up file of the database before its too late.
